Senior Trademark Paralegal

Our client is seeking a Senior Trademark Paralegal to join their team! This will be a Hybrid position in New York, New York: 3 days in office, 2 remote (Tu. Wed. Thurs in office; Mon + Fri remote). The role is Temp with a possibility of perm and you would have the potential to move into a more senior supervisory role down the line.Hours: 9:30AM-5:30PM - 35 hour workweek and 1 hour for lunchDress code: Business Casual (typically lead with policy of dress for your day)Good environment - Others worked 5-10 years there little turnoverTemp to Start ASAP Pay 40HRResponsibilities:Prepare and oversee filing, prosecution, and maintenance of intellectual property domestically and internationallyPrepare and file WIPO applications and maintenance filingsDocket review and report preparationCorrespondence with clients, counsel and outside counsel on prosecution and maintenance requirementsAdministrative support for data entry, invoices, deposit account, practice alerts and rule changeDraft Office Action Responses and client correspondenceReview trademark specimens of useConduct trademark in-use investigationsLegal researchNotarizationCoordinate legalization of documents used domestically and internationallyPrepare and file documents in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board ProceedingsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificateMinimum seven years of trademark experience; For temp NO less than 4 yearsPrior Law Firm experienceHigh proficiency in the Microsoft Office 2010 suite of productsFamiliarity with Clarivate or Corsearch productsOutstanding organizational and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on providing quality client serviceExcellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-taskMust be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines under pressureMust have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as independentlyIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
