Senior Marketing Operations Manager (VP)Boston, Massachusetts$140k - $160k annually +BonusWe are recruiting on behalf of a client in the financial services sector for the role of Senior Marketing Operations Manager. This full-time position is based in Boston, Massachusetts.The SMOM will be responsible for managing and enhancing the firm's marketing collateral, including brochures, pitch books, product-related materials, and select website content. Working closely with both the Product and Marketing teams, the SMOM will streamline the development and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the firm's product content strategy, working with teams to define brand and product messaging.Project manage the design and development of all marketing materials.Maintain and track marketing collateral to ensure compliance and up-to-date information.Oversee relationships with marketing operations vendors.Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual material updates for accuracy and relevance.Create and manage presentations (pitch books) for sales and marketing.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree required (Marketing concentration preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience, ideally in financial services.Extensive background in investment content development; experience with ETFMutual funds preferred.Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts.Proven project management abilities and multitasking skills.Experience with marketing automation and content management systems.Proficiency with Adobe Design Suite, Microsoft Office, and particularly PowerPoint.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated marketing professional looking to further their career in the financial services industry.
