Process Engineer

Our client is seeking candidates for the role of Process Engineer for their growing non-union manufacturing facility of ~175 employees in the heart of Lexington. The Process Engineer will provide technical engineering support as well as associated processes through all phases of product development. The schedule for this position is generally 40-45 hoursweek. This position will work Monday - Friday and has the option to work four 9-hour days and one 4-hour day (on Fridays) per week or the traditional schedule of five 8-hour days. Promotionalcareer advancement opportunities are available with this company.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to the manufacturing floorLead or assist with continuous improvement projectsDevelop and document work standards and specifications.
