Database Developer (W2 Contract)

The Database Developer will:● Develop, test, and maintain new and existing databases to ensure efficient data retrieval andmanagement.● Collaborate closely with developers, administrators, and clients to provide technical supportand identify new requirements.● Ensure system consistency and reliability by adhering to best practices and codingstandards.● Design and implement database solutions, including stored procedures, functions, triggers,and views using T-SQL.● Produce high-quality code and resolve complex design and architecture issues.● Perform database performance tuning, diagnose and troubleshoot errors, and recommendemerging database technologies.● Create and manage comprehensive database reports, visualizations, and dashboards.● Automate recurring database tasks to improve efficiency.● Maintain and enforce database standards, ensuring data integrity and security.● Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking in resolving technicalchallenges.What you need...● Experience with database technologies.● 1 - 4 years of experience in database development, information technology, databasearchitecture, or a related field.● Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality code and follow best practices.● Strong command of SQL and SQL server tools.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.● Advanced knowledge of relational database concepts and database design principles.● Proficient in writing and optimizing complex T-SQL queries and database scripts.● Expertise in database performance tuning and troubleshooting.● Experience with database automation tools and techniques.● Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude.
