Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Staff Engineer - Solution Architect for a leading company in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural vision and strategy within the firm, ensuring that the technology stack aligns with our corporate objectives.Key Responsibilities:Formulating and implementing the organisation's technological architecture strategy.Working closely with IT and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into viable technological solutions.Managing architectural standards and governance processes.Providing thought leadership on future technology trends and their impact on the financial services industry.You can architect, code and ship software that makes us an essential part of our customers' digital lives.A good balance of business acumen and technical knowledge with a proven track record of driving digital innovation and architecture with a customer-first mindsetUnderstanding of the evolving compliance and regulatory requirements and environment and how to incorporate technology, infrastructure and security requirements into the product designSkills & Qualifications:Must hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a solution or enterprise architect role, ideally within the financial services industry, however not required.Strong technical skills, particularly in modern software development techniques and cloud technologies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services sector.
