A premier fitness organization is seeking a Head of Studio Operations to oversee the performance and operations of its high-end studios. This role plays a critical part in driving the overall success of the business by managing daily operations, customer service, staffing, sales, and studio facilities. With a focus on ensuring a five-star experience across multiple locations, the Head of Studio will also contribute to business growth through franchise management and operational strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across multiple studio locations and digital platforms.Participate in executive meetings to provide updates on performance and growth strategies.Manage procurement and resources with a cost-control mindset.Lead franchise management efforts, including relationship building and brand development.Support revenue growth through group classes, personal training, retail, and special events.Collaborate with executive team members on financial, operational, and marketing initiatives.Provide leadership to studio staff, ensuring alignment with company values and service standards.Execute strategies from the executive team to meet operational, sales, and business objectives.Monitor and report on operational effectiveness across all processes and systems.Assist in identifying new studio locations and oversee build-outs and openings.Ensure smooth communication with clients, vendors, landlords, and partners.Oversee procurement, lease negotiations, facility management, and vendor relations.Collaborate with HR to ensure policies are followed and resolve client concerns promptly.Develop and manage operational structures to meet evolving business needs.Continuously seek ways to enhance the client experience with a focus on speed, quality, and accuracy.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business management or related field.5-7 years of experience in management, with expertise in studio operations and franchise management.At least 3 years in a leadership -depth knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines.Experience with performance metrics and data analysis.Strong project management and interdepartmental collaboration skills.Proven ability to set and achieve strategic goals for operational efficiency and productivity.Hospitality experience is a plus.Core ValuesLeadership ExcellenceSuperior Work EthicExceptional People SkillsResults-Driven MindsetEffective Communication and Coalition BuildingChange LeadershipBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and performance.Unlimited access to on-site fitness classes.Discounts on retail products.401(k) matching program.Employee assistance pany-paid life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability.Paid time off (PTO).Location: NYC, New York (On-Site)Salary Range: $115,000-$130,000
