Rails is sold in 30 countries by more than 1000 retailers, including its own flagship stores in New York, San Francisco, Newport Beach, Paris, London and Amsterdam.Summary:Rails is looking to hire a Paid Media Manager who will be responsible for implementing and optimizing paid media strategies across various platforms to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance overall brand visibility. The Paid Media Manager will leverage expertise in digital marketing channels with an emphasis on paid search to create impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results.The Paid Media Manager reports to the Director of Digital GrowthResponsibilities:Implement paid media strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on customer acquisitionExecute and optimize paid campaigns across channels including Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and PinterestManage end-to-end paid search process including keyword research, product feed enhancements, copy testing, and bidding strategyProvide seasonal refresh calendar for paid search channel and work closely with creative team to keep copy and imagery up to dateCreate and maintain product catalogs for use across paid media channelsConduct regular AB tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and tactics, and implement findings to enhance campaign performanceConsolidate and report on data pulled from various platforms on a regular basis to provide a feedback loop for leadership and other internal teamsAdhere to budget and KPI guidelines and make recommendations based on performanceConsistently audit accounts with the ability to diagnose issues including but not limited to pixel and tag implementationStay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growthAdditional responsibilities as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree4+ years e-commerce marketing experience with 3+ years experience in paid media channels; hands-on experience in Google Ads is a mustSEO expertise is a plusStrong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detailProficiency in ExcelEffective written and oral communication skillsCollaborative by nature; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partnersAbility to efficiently prioritize tasks and projects based on impact, and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilitiesMust have a strong sense of personal accountability; taking ownership of initiatives and delivering top-quality resultsMust be able to maintain an onsite presence in our Los Angeles office 3 days per weekRails is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and building a diverse workplace in all its forms and considers candidates without regard to race, color, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
