Senior Labor & Employment Associate

A Top 50 AM Law Firm is seeking a Senior Labor & Employment Associate or Of Counsel to join their award- winning practice in the LA Century City office. This is a hybrid role.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team for one of the world's leading international law firms.The ideal candidate will have:5+ years of relevant California L&E experience in a top 100 law firm setting working on defense of wage and hour class actions and PAGA actions (FLSA collective action experience is a plus, including handling discovery, witness interviews and class certification issues, with partner and or senior attorney oversight.Experience in California defending single- plaintiff employment cases with partner and or senior Attorney oversight, including taking and defending depositions, preparing and responding to discovery and drafting dispositive motions in state and federal court (and in arbitration)Juris Doctor- qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in CaliforniaThe annual salary range for this position is $345 000- $415 000If you are interested in this position, and you meet the requirements of the role, please click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
