Their goal is to eliminate all the wasted time and money in the $731B global labor staffing market.They are looking for a smart generalist and product-minded Founding Engineer who ships fast, is opinionated, and can think from a customer point of view.Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the founders to design and build technical systems from the simplest components (integrations, APIs) to projects on the cutting edge of Voice AI around reliability and latency for hundreds of concurrent interviewsDesign and build multiple 0 to 100 projects around automating the recruiting processWork to fine tune modes to limit hallucination and increase content standardizationBuild workflow software that allows companies to create the best interviewQualifications: 4+ years of full-stack development experienceBachelor's Degree or higher from a top-tier university Experience with Python, Typescript, SQL, and NoSQL (preferred)Strong history of shipping projects from conception to executionExperience or interest in Voice AIIn NYC or wants to move to NYC
