Our client is a Global Investment Manager that has been building out their internal teams within Private Equity Fund Sectors. This team would be handling Multi-Strat PE and Infrastructure Investments.They have opened a newly created roles at Associate level for their Transaction Management Team supporting their InvestmentDeal Team. This team is responsible for investment transaction deal closing support.ResponsibilitiesDrive transaction execution, deal compliance, resolutions, and executive approvals.Support InvestmentDeal Team; working with Finance, Tax, and Legal to close deals.Analyze transaction equity documents and direct finance fundingLead and handle inquires from internal and external teamManage transactions and deal pipelineRequirementsBachelor Degree is a Must, Master's a plus3 - 5 years experienced in transaction management documentation support or deal closingStrong Experience analyzing Private Equity transaction deal documentsOur client is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary and discretionary performance bonus, including benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $95,000-120,000 plus bonus.
