Job Title: Mid-Level Technical Project ManagerLocation: Naperville, IL (2 days a week, with remote options)Project: Regulatory Work for FDIC CertificationsStart Date: NovemberPosition Overview: We are seeking a driven and self-sufficient Mid-Level Technical Project Manager to join the Core Banking Technology team. This role is focused on regulatory projects related to FDIC certifications. You will oversee third-party vendor management, particularly with FIS, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with data extraction processes and a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, each ranging between $100k and $500k.Key Responsibilities: Lead third-party project oversight, specifically with FIS, to ensure successful data extraction and alignment with project requirements.Manage data extraction from the MBP Core, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.Oversee internal engagement with testing and engineering teams to facilitate file transfer setup.Coordinate testing on data extracts, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.Proactively drive projects, ranging from $100k-$500k, from initiation through completion in a regulatory environment.Maintain self-sufficiency and the ability to work independently.Utilize a waterfall methodology while identifying opportunities to introduce agile practices.Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in:Third-party project oversightExtracting data from systems ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.Testing data extracts to verify compliance with regulatory standards.Facilitating internal engagement with testing and engineering teams for file transfer processes.Familiarity with regulatory compliance projects, including experience with FDIC certifications.Proven ability to manage multiple projects within a $100k-$300k range.Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to project management.Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Passionate, positive, and highly engaged team player.Preferred Qualifications: PMP or Scrum certification (not required but beneficial).Experience in an enterprise environment with the ability to utilize job aids terview Process: Two rounds of 30-minute interviews
