Business Analyst (POS)

The Technical Business Analyst with POS experience will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of POS systems and their integration with broader technology environments. This role involves analyzing business needs, defining technical specifications, configuring POS systems, and ensuring they operate efficiently to support business objectives.Length: 6 months, high likelihood of extending Associate Vendors: We are accepting applications from candidates who are currently authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.Role & ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to POS systems.Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Develop detailed technical specifications based on business requirements.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system designs, workflows, and integration diagrams.Configure and customize POS systems to align with business processes.Oversee the integration of POS systems with other enterprise applications, such as ERP, CRM, and inventory management systems.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
