Position: Assistant Project ManagerLocation: Manhattan, NYSalary: $75,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)Our Client:We are working on behalf of a prestigious restoration firm based in Manhattan, renowned for their expertise in facading, roofing, and sidewalk restoration. With a strong portfolio of high-profile commercial and residential projects, they are dedicated to preserving New York's iconic architecture while ensuring safety and compliance at the highest standards. The company is expanding and seeking a talented Assistant Project Manager to support their growing operations.About the Role:As the Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in helping to deliver complex restoration projects across Manhattan. You'll work alongside a team of skilled professionals and support the Project Manager in all aspects of project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in restoration construction, looking to take the next step in their career.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing facading, roofing, and sidewalk restoration projects from start to finishCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project completionPrepare and maintain essential project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and requisitionsConduct site visits, participate in inspections, and ensure safety protocols are followedHelp manage project budgets, timelines, and schedulesLiaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project communicationIdeal Candidate:2+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in restoration, roofing, or facadeFamiliarity with NYC building codes and safety regulationsProficient in project management tools such as ProCore, BlueBeam, or Microsoft OfficeExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentA proactive problem-solver with a high attention to detailCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary between $75,000 and $90,000, based on experienceComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coveragePaid time off and company holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and career advancement within the firmInterested?If you are passionate about restoration and want to work with one of the top firms in Manhattan, we'd love to hear from you!
