Position: Windows Server EngineerLocation: Raleigh, NCDo you want to work in an organization that supports your professional development and career growth?A leading IT managed service provider, focused on empowering organizations through cutting-edge technology solutions, are seeking a Network Engineer to join their talented team!Responsibilities: This position focuses on Microsoft Server troubleshooting and configurations.Escalation points for user and system management.Server troubleshooting and supportLog analysisResolve escalated issues related to windows serversUser account management, manage permission and access controlImplement security policiesCompliance auditingActive directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO issuesIn-depth knowledge of IT concepts, including networking, systems administration, and troubleshooting.Solid understanding of TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs and other network protocols.Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent are highly desirable.Experience troubleshooting complex M365 issues.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.Experience with troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues.Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).Experience Requirements: 3+ years working with the aboveMCSE Certification Preferred
