Now only one question remains: Are you ready to olive better together?Your Role Place POs for all finished goods and raw materials, and ensure a timely receipt.Manage the accuracy of all inventory in Freestyle's IMS system and across 3rd party partners.Oversee B2B and B2C order processing & fulfillment, with support from Freestyle's operations associate.Coordinate 3PL inventory needs across warehousing and logisticsBuild, develop and maintain key relationships with supply chain partners.Manage all demand and replenishment plans for Freestyle's Amazon and other online marketplace channels.Support on the execution of new product launches. Maintain KPIs and build critical reports for the operation and businessWhat You Need Bachelor's Degree 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in CPG (experience with manufacturers, suppliers, or retailers is a bonus)Experience in demand supply planning and inventory management is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn to use new toolssystems Who You AreAble to ruthlessly prioritize with a commitment to business outcomes and productivityAble to be proactive and swiftly take initiative by anticipating logical next steps Able to operate independently and manage shifting priorities An expert collaborator, able to easily connect information, processes, people and productsA critical thinker with a passion for problem solving You thrive on creating processes and bringing order to chaos.Consistent track record of delivering results by doing whatever it takes, with integrity and Freestyle's core values in mindStrong time management skills and a sense of urgency Strong and influential communication skills, with aptitude for communicating with all levels across and outside the organizationIf this sounds like a great fit, please contact with your resume.
