Our client, a prestigious Venture Capital Firm, is looking for an outgoing and motivated Front Desk Coordinator in their San Francisco Office. In this role, you will provide high touch support to the office including administrative coverage, facility management, and event planning.Responsibilities:Greet and service guests in a friendly and welcoming mannerInteract with facilities staff, including external suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth business operationsAssist regional manager with events planningManage conference room bookingsProvide telephone coverage, including responding to inquiries, properly routing calls, clarifying company policies and procedures, and taking detailed messagesMaintain calendars and set upcoordinate internal and external meetings, if requiredDevelop and maintain business relationships and interact with a variety of high-profile individuals and all levels of managementsPerform special projects related to the teamRequirements:1-3 years of solid work experience in reception related roles, preferably in financial institutions and corporate environments.Passion in taking ownership of the well-being of colleagues: detail oriented and good multi-tasking skillsVerbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employeesTime management skills to prioritize and complete a wide variety of tasks throughout the dayInterpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all office employees, such as being personable and attentiveAbility to exercise sound judgement in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls, and issuesAbility to work independentlyProficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordSalary Range:$60,000-$65,000Please submit your resume to apply.You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
