More than 750 companies in the Defense Industrial Base trust PreVeil for their cybersecurity needs.We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the executions of the engineering team by developing project schedules, finding and mitigating schedule risks, and prioritizing tasks. The role will coordinate across product management, software development, QA, and support teams and has high visibility as they provide project updates to the executive management team. This position reports to the VP of Engineering and Support and is a flexible hybrid position in our Boston office. Job Responsibilities:Own and maintain the consolidated engineering product development plan, including reporting to senior management on a weekly basisWork with product management, technical support, and other customer-facing teams to develop and clarify product requirementsWork with software development and QA to develop and track lists of tasks and delivery schedules for feature releases and sustaining releasesMaintain quantitative metrics to track software development efficiency and product qualitySkills:Strong technical background in software development with demonstrated track record of having delivered commercial productsExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to development teams, as well as to executive managementExcellent interpersonal skills to work across functional teams, including business teamsEducational and Work Experience:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field10+ years of software development experience, of which 5+ years has been as a software development manager or technical program manager
