Have good understanding of the HCM Cloud modules and is able to lead the discussions, guide the team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESShould have at least 2 Implementation experience in Compensation for Global Company across Multiple Geographies.Should have deep expertise in Base compensation, Workforce compensation, Individual Compensation and Total rewards.Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional role.Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation.Must have experience in fast formulas specific to compensation rules and payroll elements.Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Compensation.Experience in Implementing Payroll and Absence will be desired.Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.
