This position is a low to mid level role with a tremendous opportunity for financial and professional growth.We have several dozen class actions cases in numerous areas of law, but with special emphasis on data privacy matters. But if you have ideas of your own about the cases we should do next, we want to hear about that if you join us.This position is located at the firm's headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. You have experience with drafting discovery, managing the meet-and-confer process, taking and defending depositions, and especially with research and writing. Your briefs are always excellent. You work collaboratively with paralegals and other legal support staff.You can leverage technology and case management software to most efficiently manage cases. You frequently use, or will quickly learn to use, electronic dashboards and case reporting software.
