Reporting to the Director, Chief Procurement Officer, the Manager, Supplier Diversity and CI Program is responsible for overseeing the DLC supplier diversity and continuous improvement programs. This highly visible position provides a unique and exciting opportunity for the right person that is passionate about supplier diversity and continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in transforming our organization through data-driven methodologies with the goal of being a leader amongst our peers. Location: Hybrid, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Job Responsibilities:Establish and provide governance and oversight of the company supplier diversity spending and reporting, and savings policies and strategiesLead annual benchmarking efforts and incorporate findings that support the continuous improvement of procurement and supplier diversityCoordinate and oversee the annual supplier summit for DLCCollaborate with internal business units and other stakeholders to encourage and solidify our commitment to the supplier diversity and continuous improvement programsMaintain memberships to the primary external stakeholder groups and attend conferences to improve the company's presence within the diverse supplier communityProactively facilitate introductions between procurement, stakeholders and suppliersManage a supplier developmentstrategic partnership program to strengthen the diverse supplier pipelineLead and participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives and present findingsrecommendations to senior leadershipServe as the point of contact and subject matter expert for procurement related topics as well as supplier diversity internally and externallyLeverage leadership skills and experience to support the development of team membersSupport team development and be a change agent across the organizationStorm roles as appropriate to the role and skillset.
