Our client, a property management firm that specializes in affordable housing in Philadelphia, seeks an APM w Section 8, HUD, affordable experience for one of their properties.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing property operations and tenant relationsEnsure compliance with Section 8, HUD, and other affordable housing programsProcess tenant certifications and recertificationsCollect rents and enforce lease agreementsCollaborate with maintenance teams to address tenant concernsQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in affordable housingKnowledge of Section 8, HUD programs, and fair housing regulationsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in property management softwarePreferred:Certification in affordable housing compliance (e.g., COS, HCCP)Bilingual (Spanish)
