From scheduling to safety, your responsibilities will include:Implementing Bowen's SQP processSupporting Field Engineer duties to ensure project successFacilitating communication with stakeholdersStreamlining purchasing processes and coordinating submittalsIdentifying and addressing potential issues proactivelyParticipating in project status meetings and reporting on progressContributing to site safety audits and upholding safety standardsAssisting in project close-out activities and estimating project divisionsWhy You'll Love Working At Bowen:The Right Size: Large enough for great resources, small enough that you'll personally know our leadership...and they'll know you.Hands-On Experience: Work directly with Craft, PMs, Superintendents, and Engineering Partners, seeing the work unfold daily. While construction means some travel, we do our best to keep you close to home and always have your back.Must-haves in a Candidate:Bachelor's degree in constructionengineering or equivalent technical training2+ years of construction experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in computer applicationsSound understanding of cost analysis principlesNice to Haves in a Candidate:Experience with advanced scheduling techniquesKnowledge of value engineering principlesFamiliarity with construction safety standards and proceduresExperience working with self-perform operationsAdditional Details:This position will support our Indy operation.
