The Baker will be responsible for bakery tasks including baking muffins, packaging muffins, and maintaining a clean kitchen space. QualificationsBaking skillsCurrently valid food manager certificationExperience in food preparationKnowledge of baking muffinsAbility to follow recipes and instructions accuratelyAttention to detail and precision to produce a high-quality, consistent productExcellent time management skillsPrevious experience in a bakery or food preparation settingCulinary or baking certification is a plusResponsibilitiesTake the lead in the kitchen to prepare and bake a single product with additional flavors coming soon.Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation in every batch.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations and the rules of our kitchen.Package finished products for sale while ensuring proper labeling and presentation.Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.Provide exceptional quality assurance to confirm product consistency.Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of products.Practice excellent time management in the kitchen to respect others' time and space.Properly clean all equipment according to food safety standards and regulations.Maintain a clean and safe kitchen municate clearly and directly with the manager at the beginning and end of each shift.
