Position Summary: You will support a respected legal team by aiding attorneys in case preparation, managing legal documents, and ensuring smooth case progression. This role requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Key responsibilities: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to assist in case development. Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and correspondence. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files. Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information. Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings, including coordinating logistics. File legal documents with courts and administrative agencies accurately and promptly. Manage attorneys' calendars and case timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Utilize legal software to manage and track case progress. Requirements Qualifications: Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office. At least three years of experience in a law firm environment. Paralegal certification is highly preferred.
