Warehouse Operator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team in Trenton, IL. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be expected to maintain accurate inventory records, operate material handling equipment, and ensure that all products are stored in the correct location. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. You will report directly to the Production Manager and work closely with other members of the warehouse team to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts Experience with inventory management software Forklift certification Responsibilities: Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products and materials throughout the warehouse Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all products are stored in the correct location Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers Collaborate with other members of the warehouse team to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
