Warranty Admin / Warranty Assistant

Warranty Admin / Warranty Assistant   Leith Toyota is seeking a Warranty Admin / Warranty Assistant team member which prepares, records, and reconciles warranty claims and submits them to the factory and distributors for reimbursement.  They will also review each claim and verify that the Company has met all manufacturer requirements before submission. Some of the responsibilities will include but not limited to:   Submission of warranty claims through Toyota's and vendor websites Monitor warranty schedules to ensure no claims go unpaid for more than 30 days Daily / Weekly reconciliation of payments from the manufacturer and third party vendors Weekly journal entries turned into accounting to ensure accurate posting Warranty Compliance "Random" audit of warranty RO's to ensure error-free close out / submission Booking new warranty Repair Order lines as they are finished by technicians to ensure 100% accuracy   Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance 401K with company sponsored match Profit Sharing Short & Long Term Disability Insurance available Life Insurance Paid Training Paid Vacation Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employee Discounts on products & service 40 Hour Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm  Qualifications Accounting experience a must CDK / Dealership experience a plus but not required Organized and friendly personality Ability to work well with service and parts teams Great attention to detail Time management skills Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen If you are ready for a career that will "Soar with the Eagles" in an ever evolving industry where the sky is your only limit, please contact Rodney Britt by sending your resume to  or by calling him at x230.
