Location: Near Grand Central, Midtown ManhattanJob Type: Temp-to-PermCompensation: $30hr - $40hr during temp period; $85K - $90K upon permanent placementSchedule: 9 AM - 6 PM, 1-hour lunch (No overtime unless during major events or board meeting preparations)About the Role: Our client, a dynamic organization overseeing multiple companies, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is adept at keeping executives organized and focused.Key Responsibilities:Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, ensuring timely appointments and prioritization of tasks.Prepare and coordinate travel arrangements, utilizing a travel agency for bookings.Assist with expense reporting and documentation using Excel.Support the preparation of materials for 24 annual board meetings.Facilitate communication between the CEO and other stakeholders.Maintain a professional and efficient office environment.Qualifications:5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Proficient in Outlook for calendar management.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing competing priorities.What We Offer:An approachable and supportive CEO who values teamwork and collaboration.A dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.The chance to work closely with a dedicated leadership team.
