The position will have high exposure to senior executives both within and outside of finance and will play a key role in the monthly close, presentation of results to senior leadership, monthly forecasts, QAC, and annual Strategic Plan and Operating Plan. The role will also require ad-hoc analysis, support to senior management, and partnership. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an agile fashion and open to performing ad-hoc analysis in addition to their normal responsibilities. The individual should also be comfortable acting as an advisor to senior management and leading less-senior associates through complex processes and analysis. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibili Responsibilities: + Partnering with Corporate FP&A on ad-hoc analysis and financial deliverables + Driving Operating Plan, Strat Plan, Monthly Results and Monthly Forecasts + Partnering with Business Unit FP&A Leads to review results + Variance Analysis including commentary and presentation of results + Provide Financial Recommendations & Input to Senior Management + Assist Technology FP&A team reporting and monthly close process + Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and enhance data quality and efficiency + Partner with Sales Finance team and assist in monthly deliverables + Co-Lead Rolling forecast process and ICS Strategic Plan Qualifications: + Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance preferably FP&A or Decision Support functions + Excellent analytical, financial and business management skills with good understanding of P&L management + High proficiency in Excel and MS Office Applications is a must + Understanding of Finance data flow and tools + Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and financial modeling + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights + Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas to actionable messages + Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment + Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change + Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, draw linkages, and balance multiple priorities + Attention to detail is a must Salary range $95,000.00-$110,000.00.
