An Information Systems Information Systems Project Manager will plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. Secure required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Manage projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. Responsibilities include setting goals and objectives, ensuring that policies, procedures, strategy and practices are understood. Assists cross-functional team members, conducts continuous review and analysis, and leads project teams to ensure alignment with business needs and the Haworth brand. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines. Solves complex problems. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Essential Functions Analyzes project scope and determines appropriate path and process to achieve defined objectives. Creates project plans. With minimal guidance, manages all aspects of project, including timeline, budget, staff requirements, reporting and delivery to ensure project completion. Defines research needs and leads conducting of terprets with team research results and makes project recommendations based on findings to guide and support team initiatives. Ensures project direction and results align with corporate strategic direction and market needs to ensure results are relevant for organization. Manages major budgets with high degree of discipline in approving, monitoring, and reporting processes for cost containment and greater profitability. Acts as primary contact for project and communicates project objectives, updates, and results to all appropriate audiences.This may involve speaking in front of executives and small to large groups of individuals inside and outside organization to communicate project objectives and progress to key stakeholders. Coordinates and leads cross-functional and cross-sector team activities to ensure timely execution of all program elements. Regularly works with resource limitations. Must be able to utilize resource capacity management techniques. Ability to successfully lead and manage multiple projects using effective project management and multi-tasking skills from concept to implementation. Excellent communication, including written, verbal and presentation skills. Strong strategic and analytical thinking and financial and business planning skills. Effectively organizes and prioritizes work. Performs other duties within scope as assigned. Must be able to perform all essential job function with/without accommodation. Ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Information Management, or similar field Education Equivalency: Associate Degree plus 2 years related exp OR 4 years related exp 5 years enterprise and portfolio management Information Systemexperience with Bachelor's Degree 3 years enterprise and portfolio management Information System experience with Master's Degree Military Equivalency: Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship. Ability to work and commute onsite daily to our headquartersin Holland, MI (relocation assistance is not provided) Preferred Qualifications PMP Certified Agile SCRUM certifications Experience with leading large cross functional projects Great project planning and resource management skills Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following: Ability to successfully lead and manage multiple projects using effective project management and multi-tasking skills from concept to implementation. Excellent communication, including written, verbal and presentation skills. Strong strategic and analytical thinking and financial and business planning skills.
