Office Manager (Southern Fasteners)

Our growing company is a top supplier of fasteners to several Fortune 500 companies Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager is responsible for the following: Responsibilities: Liaison for general office maintenance, including cleaning crew Liaison for vending suppliers Maintain company vehicle registrations. Inventory and office supplies/business cards Inventory and order kitchen/beverage supplies Order lunches for business meetings Event planning for birthday/work anniversary and holiday celebrations Maintain calendars & noticeboards Phone & visitor receptionist Collect mail from PO Box & facility mailbox and distribute Other projects, as necessary. Must Haves: Experience or skill effectively exchanging and understanding information, verbally or in writing. Ability to organize workload, processes, or physical objects and spaces. Experience ordering and maintaining documents according to a predetermined system Experience or skill related to daily office tasks, such as answering phones, or filing documents. Skill or experience interacting with the public at a front desk. Front desk responsibilities may include reception duties, customer service, and appointment scheduling. Skill or experience planning and coordinating events, conferences, or parties.
