Director CUSO Climate Risk/ESG

A prominent international bank is expanding in the U.S. and is looking for a Director for CUSO - ESGClimate. This role supports Group Risk Management - U.S. Enterprise Risk, overseeing risk management for U.S. operations.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement reports for CUSO Escalations, Risk Acceptance, Issue Management, ESG & Climate.Collaborate with business lines to refine data elements and provide risk insights.Develop and present periodic reports for senior management and the board.Maintain records for escalations and analyze risk trends.Assist with audits and stakeholder requests.Requirements:8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Controls, or Audit in financial services.Knowledge of key risk areas like Enterprise, Market, Counterparty, Credit, Liquidity, and Operational Risk.Experience in strategic planning or risk oversight.Strong data analytics and reporting skills (Tableau, Power BI).Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.Experience managing complex projects.Desired Skills and ExperienceA prominent international bank is expanding in the U.S. and is looking for a Director for CUSO - ESGClimate.
