LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced SEC Financial Reporting Manager on a hybrid basis in Newark, DE. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in public accounting, hands-on experience preparing SEC filings, and possess a deep understanding of technical accounting. This role offers excellent career growth, mentorship, and direct exposure to senior leadership.Responsibilities:Prepare and review quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) SEC filings, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and reporting standards.Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and transactions, including research and documentation of technical accounting matters.Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionalsEnsure adherence to internal controls over financial reporting and participate in SOX compliance efforts.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including treasury, legal, compliance, and senior leadership, to support financial reporting activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. A CPA or MBA is essential.Minimum of 7 years of experienceFoundation in public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm preferred) Hands-on SEC reporting experience.Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, SOX, and technical accounting principles.
