Job Title: Personal Injury ParalegalLocation: Philadelphia, PAJob Description: As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in all aspects of personal injury cases.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, gathering and organizing evidence, and conducting legal municating with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather information and provide updates on case progress.Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.Coordinating with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties to obtain necessary information and documents.Assisting with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree andor paralegal certification preferred.2+ years as a Paralegal working in personal injury law or a related field.Preferred:Experience working with asbestos-related cases.
