Failure Analysis Engineer

Job Title: Product Problem Resolution EngineerCompany Overview: Join our dynamic senior engineering team responsible for resolving product issues related to Industry Standard Servers. We collaborate with customers and various engineering disciplines to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.Job Summary: As a Product Problem Resolution Engineer, you will investigate and analyze hardware-related escalations, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions for our ESSN Server Products portfolio.Essential Functions:Conduct engineering investigations for significant customer escalations related to hardware terface directly with design and manufacturing teams to determine root causes at the component level.Collaborate with internal engineering disciplines (HW, SW, Mechanical, etc.) to resolve hardware issues.Facilitate execution of special capture programs and provide feedback to process and design teams.Drive best practices across global operational and service sites.Perform various additional duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in ElectricalElectronic Engineering or a related field.3-5 years of experience in hardware debugging using logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.Familiarity with CAD, schematic capture tools, and PCB layout software.Knowledge of server technologies (IntelAMD processors, memory, PCI-e, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods.Knowledge and Skills:Proficiency in programming languages (C#, JavaScript, Python, SQL).Experience with Windows, CentOS, Ubuntu, and Linux OS.Skilled in troubleshooting analog and digital circuits.Familiar with testing and measuring devices (DMM, oscilloscopes).Knowledge of the RMA process and data analysis.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000 - $95,000 per yearBenefits:401(k) with matchingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRelocation assistanceHealth savings accountSchedule:8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
