Lead AI Architect

- Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the offshore team- Coordinate with the customer's teams to gather requirements, scope out tasks, and ensure alignment on platform goals- Provide technical guidance on LLM and RAG architecture to the offshore team, helping to define the integration points and overall flow- Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of LLM models and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements- Work on integrating webhooks into IDEs for code assist functionalities, ensuring seamless interaction between the AI Agents and the developer tools- Lead discussions on multi-agentic frameworks and their design to ensure multi-agent interactions are properly aligned with the platform's needs- Conduct on-the-ground troubleshooting and rapid prototyping for any local development issues- Ensure knowledge transfer of the delivered work to the customer's internal teams
