Title: VP of Finance (Residential Construction)Employment Type: Full-Time OnsiteAbout the Role:Responsible for overseeing the Division's accounting function, including financial reporting, internal controls, and policy implementation. Ensure timely and accurate financial forecasting and compliance with GAAP, manage budgets, analyze variances, and safeguard assets. Provide financial leadership, review land acquisition proformas, and offer financial advice to support business decisions.
