Staffing 360 Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join us working hybrid in Raleigh, NC! Duration: Full time Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid 1-day remote, 4 days in office)Pay Rate: $80K-$100K DOE + discretionary 15% annual bonus Some travel may be required to NYC DESCRIPTION:This job description is intended to define the role of the Senior Financial Analyst as defined by general duties in all branch offices of Staffing 360 Solutions. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for efficiently providing detailed analytical support to improve business performance. The person in this position provides financial and operational analytics, budgeting and forecasting, trend analysis, business insights, qualitative assessment of risks and opportunities, and recommendations based on advanced financial analysis. Serves as a strategic thought partner to senior management team for financial operations of the business. Key DutiesResponsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to assigned areas of the business within the overall business including:Providing financial modeling and support in potential new client dealsProviding proposals in how to improve efficiency and profitability of the BusinessUnderstand and communicate the financial and operational impact of new deals Running various pricing modelsAnalyze Commissions and bonus structuresReport on actual financial and operational performance against targets and prior year; provide variance analysis and guidance on future trends. Ensure key business performance risks, issues, and opportunities are highlighted to management.Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement Prepare robust and meaningful budgets and forecasts, integrated with core business strategy, targets, and processes.Act as an advocate and role model for understanding revenue, cost and profitability drivers - both at a corporate and client level.Drive processes to improve efficiencies and reduce time spent on low-value activities so that more time can be spent creating value for business partners and ultimately, shareholders.Generate insight and drive outcomes by challenging assumptions, scoping and framing problems, and analyzing and delivering solutions. Influence strong cross-functional communications and enhance efficiencies by leading teams through process improvement efforts.Actively engage in the ongoing improvement of financial, planning and business intelligence systems and processesWork closely with other Finance departments and functions, such as Accounting and HR, during month end close and external audits.Perform ad-hoc projects, analytics and provide recommendations as identified by management team. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, financial modeling, graphing, and advanced functions; Intermediate in PowerPoint; and Basic in WordUnderstanding of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis. Familiarity with US Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP)Excellent verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to communicate with employees at all levels of the organizationStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent collaborative partnering work styleA demonstrated commitment to high professional and ethical standards and a diverse workplaceAbility to adapt to a fast-paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple prioritiesSome travel may be required (~25%) EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:At least eight years of related experience with an understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fieldExperience in OneStream or Tableau financial reporting tools a plusExperience in the staffing industry is preferred, but not required.
