Key Responsibilities:We are looking for a talented and highly motivated project manager who is hands on and can lead major projects.Candidate would be comfortable working with tech execs and delegates to influence and escalate as necessary to meet target dates and mitigate risks.Responsible for Status reporting, Issue escalation, Risk mitigation, Key messaging Communication - written and verbal, Deliverable date management, Forecasting, Financial tracking (depending on project).Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Skills-Project Management, prior banking experience, and software development lifecycleCandidate would benefit from having management consulting background or history of solving unique challenges to managing large programs Hand on experience putting together trending on progress via several systems will be required.Provide leadership in a matrix organization of skilled architect, engineers, and business partners.Excel Formulas, Pivoting, LookupsPowerPoint presentation skills to senior leadersAbility to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with local and remote co-workers in a fast-paced environment.Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectivesBackgroundeducation in technology (bachelor's degree) and the software development lifecycle.Our client is a leading Banking and Financial Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
