Completes siding and dry rot repair. Responsible for electrical and plumbing repair. Completes repairs to sheetrock, stucco, decks, storage rooms, doors, garage gates, etc. Completes landscaping projects. Completes special facilities/maintenance project work as needed. Practices and adheres to Keystone's Core Values, Mission, and Vision. Any additional job duties as required by the supervisor. Qualification Requirements: Excellent customer service skills. Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. Comfortable with working independently. Knowledge of related safety practices. Electrical, plumbing, and maintenance skills. Detail-oriented and produces quality work. Ability to work a Flexible Schedule as necessary. Education and/or Experience: 5 or more years of experience working in Maintenance/facilities. High School Diploma or GED required. Dress Code: Uniform shirt, appropriate work pants, close-toed shoes or boots.
