Coding invoices, review CAM, tenant relations- Ensure financial stability of assigned properties- Prepare monthly budget variance reports and annual operatingcapital expenditure budgets- Review and address tenant delinquency issues, settle questionable charges- Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance contracts, monitor construction activitiesRequired Skills:Real Estate industry experience required.
