Driving innovation through outcome-based business models, proven and powerful IP solutions, BCT is a trusted partner for over 1000+ customers, including Fortune 500 companies.Job description:Looking for a strong Program Manager with life science domain and QA background.15+ years of IT experience and at least 8 years of large Program management experience.PMPPMI certification along with Strong Life Science QA BackgroundKnowledge of Healthcare, Life Science, Clinical research industry, GXP, CSV, CSA, and practices and regulations are a mustShould have been in customer facing roles in managing large engagements for at least 5 yearsShould have managed large PharmaCROMed devices customersCandidates should be team players with excellent communication skills and can manage multiple customer engagements independently.Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levelsExperience in SDLC Framework & AgileScrum frameworkExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Good experience on responding to RFPs and defending the solution to customersShould be able to transition the services to Offshore and manage the complete delivery in Onsite Offshore model. Leading project planning sessions.Coordinating client staff and internal resources. Managing project progress and adapt work as required.Ensuring projects meet deadlines. Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.Designing and signing off on contracts. Designing risk mitigation plan.Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.Managing large and diverse teams.
