MAU is hiring a Finance SAP Project User for temporary coverage with our client in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. As a Finance SAP Project User, you will provide support for testing and validating SAP systems and applications to ensure their functionality within the organization. Collaborating closely with the IT team, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and effective use of SAP financial solutions. This is a contract (long-term) opportunity.Benefits Package:Pay of $45 - $54 per hour based on experienceHealth benefits, including telehealth services11 Paid HolidaysPTO: 12 days a yearOpportunities for professional developmentShift Information:Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PHybrid work schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remoteRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or SAP-related rolesStrong understanding of financial accounting principles and SAP financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management)General Requirements:Proficiency in SAP financial systems, including configuration and testingExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience in conducting training for end-users on SAP systems is a plusPreferred Requirements:Project management experience with knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and ConfluenceFamiliarity with SAP reporting and business intelligence toolsExperience with integration and user acceptance testingEssential Functions:Collaborate with finance teams to document business requirements and ensure proper SAP configurationTest and validate SAP financial modules to ensure accuracy and functionalityProvide support to finance users regarding SAP inquiries and issuesIdentify, document, and resolve defects during testing phasesServe as the liaison between subject matter experts and the IT departmentDevelop and deliver training materials and sessions for SAP financial usersSupport the implementation and rollout of new SAP financial modules and featuresSupervisory Responsibility:This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.Work Environment or Working Conditions:Responsibilities are performed in both office settings and remotely, with 3 days per week required on-site.Physical Demands:This position may require sitting for extended periods and working with computer systems, with or without reasonable accommodation.Travel:Minimal travel requiredMAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
