The Estimator will have a strong track record of completing takeoffs and estimates Ground UpNew Construction.Select Responsibilities:Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projectsDevelop and manage project schedules.Manage subcontractor performance relationships.Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.Implement and execute Quality ControlQuality Assurance program.Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 2 years as a EstimatorEstimating SoftwareWHAT'S ON OFFERCompetitive base salary plus compensation package to include medicaldentalvision options, 401k, bonus (projectannual), PTO, vehicle allowance or company car, per diem, and growth potentialOpportunity to join a reputable firm with strong pipeline of projects
