IT ManagerBacked by years of industry expertise, our client has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional service and innovation, with an impressive track record of growth and success in their field.They are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and maintain technology infrastructure across multiple locations. This hands-on role will focus on ensuring the seamless operation of key systems, leading tech initiatives, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and onboarding new team members. You'll also play a critical role in managing tech assets and providing support for a dynamic portfolio of sites.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day performance and reliability of technology systems and equipment across various locations.Provide swift resolution of critical IT issues, including connectivity problems, hardware failures, and software malfunctions, through both remote and on-site support.Deliver technical support for core platforms such as point-of-sale systems, cloud-based tools, and other essential software used in daily operations.Lead the deployment and integration of new technology solutions, coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth implementations.Oversee IT onboarding for new employees and assist with the setup of new locations, ensuring proper functionality of all tech assets.Manage and monitor technology budgets, including procurement of hardware and allocation of IT resources.Work alongside an IT Support Specialist to handle technical queries from staff across multiple locations.Support the setup and upkeep of audiovisual systems when needed, ensuring their reliability for operational use.Participate in the launch of new sites, which may require on-site presence for several weeks, including travel to locations outside the immediate area.Qualifications2-5 years of experience managing IT systems across multiple locations.Skilled in troubleshooting various technology platforms, including point-of-sale systems.Proficient in MacOS, iOS, and network management (e.g., Ubiquiti).Familiar with customer support tools and quick to adapt to new tech solutions.Strong abilities in hardware setup, maintenance, and problem-solving.Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.Flexible availability for on-call support, including evenings and weekends.Ability to lift and handle equipment up to 50 lbs.
