We are seeking an individual who can plan, execute, and iterate campaigns to drive engagement, quality leads, and qualified opportunities. A sharp phone presence with excellent listening skills, a love for the phones and the ability to build a rapport with our prospects and clients are a must. We're looking for a go-getter that is great at asking in-depth questions and getting our prospects engaged!General Responsibilities:This individual will execute email marketing, lead nurturing, event and speaking engagement coordination, direct mail, and other marketing activities in an integrated fashion that results in a larger overall sales funnel of high-quality leads.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree2+ Years of marketing experience with incrementally increasing responsibilityMicrosoft Office ProficientGraphic Design ability is a plusThis position requires you to possess the following skills:Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and follow-through.Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.Must be able to coordinate and execute dinner seminars 4-8 evenings per month (end time approximately 7:30 PM).Position Responsibilities:Coordinates dinner workshops, brand marketing, article and ad design and placement, while ensuring all marketing items are within compliance for both the insurance and securities industriesAssists in the design, creation and printing of all marketing materials- ensuring all pieces are compliant with both the insurance and securities industriesFollows up with all perspective clients and current clients to ensure clear communication regarding needs and office visit attendance and scheduling. Follows up with all clients within the appropriate forum and attempts to recover from client "no shows" at events and also with regard to office visitsCoordinates existing client events such as appreciation dinners and birthday celebrations Manages social media accountsPerforms general clerical duties to include but not limited to: copying, scanning, filing, faxing, mail processing and distribution, office cleanliness and client readiness.Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office.Maintains Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status.Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated.Responsible for client experience- includes providing a clean environment that is warm and inviting, providing refreshments as needed and customizing the experience to each client individually as needed.Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner.Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations.Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment as needed.Records minutes at various meetings and archives them accordingly.Performs all other assigned duties.Salary: $45,000-$55,000 per year base plus multiple bonus opportunitiesBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offCompany incentive tripProfessional development assistanceReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceHours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (in office)Presented by Advisor Employee Services Thank you for your interest in the Marketing Coordinator role.
