About Us: We are partnering with a leading organization in the private aviation industry, known for providing secure, world-class services to an exclusive clientele. They are looking to enhance their security and access management capabilities with a skilled Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer. Role Overview: The Senior IAM Engineer will play a vital role in managing and protecting identities across the company. This role involves leading a team of IAM engineers, implementing and optimizing identity solutions, and managing access to systems and applications while adhering to strict security and governance standards. You'll work closely with cybersecurity management and other departments to ensure seamless integration and compliance of IAM processes. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage identity solutions: Oversee SSO, MFA, privileged account management, and behavior analytics systems for global users. Automate and enhance provisioning: Focus on improving user onboarding and access workflows through automation to streamline user experiences. Document and maintain access protocols: Ensure comprehensive documentation of identity management solutions for audit readiness. Lead IAM team and collaborate with stakeholders: Drive collaboration between security leadership, IT, and business units to align IAM practices with risk management. Assess and resolve IAM issues: Provide rapid resolution of IAM issues affecting internal and external users, minimizing disruptions. Support incident response efforts: Work alongside incident responders to address and mitigate potential security threats. Evaluate risk exposure: Analyze access levels to recommend risk reduction strategies and security enhancements. Preferred Qualifications: 8-10 years of IAM experience, with a proven track record of managing identities and access control in complex environments. Expertise in Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Okta, and SSO/MFA solutions. Strong experience in Privilege Access Management (PAM) and understanding of identity protection measures. Familiarity with automation tools like PowerShell or Python for process optimization. Microsoft products proficiency and experience with AD, Azure AD, PKI, and directory services.
