You will help with specific materials for 4G and 5G equipment designs following the meeting of maintenance engineering standards. As an equipment engineer, you will be accountable for creating statements of work for specific engineering projects. The successful candidate will be required to manage multiple projects, engage resources and communicate with collaborators across multiple disciplines to deliver on the network plan of record. You will be responsible for accurately updating our milestones within our project management tools, to ensure task readiness. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert on our tools, equipment, and the wireless engineering process flow. You will be responsible for meeting our regional plan-of-record goals, and financial targets and will be accountable for behaving professionally at all times. When a project needs to be completed, you will determine equipment needs and order and integrate a wide range of equipment like antennas, power systems, and fiber optic cables. You'll work closely with other Network teams such as RF Design, Operations, Real Estate, Construction, Facilities, and System Performance to implement new technologies and services to meet our network improvement goals. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the successful implementation of small cells, macro cells, and/or in-building for the Tristate market.
