Quality Manager Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager Venteon is currently seeking a Quality Manager to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Middletown, CN Requirements of the Quality Manager A genuine belief in continuous improvement and disciplined processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to effectively present information to top management Management and Leadership experience Computer literate (Microsoft Office, E-mail) Responsibilities of the Quality Manager A supplier excellence program, including supplier auditing and surveillance An effective calibration system. A robust corrective and preventive action process, which includes primary training responsibility for Cause, Corrective Action, and Preventive Action training in the company. To complete (and host as necessary) customer quality audits. Development of inspection methodologies/techniques - to include CMM programming and inspection - to ensure maximum efficiency of inspection processes. Identify proper performance measurements for the department (and personnel as necessary) and visually display and communicate performance for the entire group
