With our exponential growth, we are looking for incredible individuals to join us and continue our success story! About The Role What does a typical day involve? You will be managing a fleet of vehicles and a team of drivers to deliver fully assembled kitchen cabinets to the homes of our valued customers. The role is typically Monday to Friday, and it is expected the person will be flexible to meet operational demands. We will provide you with the latest state of the art equipment, company uniform, generous paid holiday days, healthcare plan. All our vehicles are equipped with toll tags, Satnavs, and latest accident prevention systems. Key responsibilities of this role will include : DOT compliance management & legal compliance Promote a H&S Culture and ensure everyone is adhering to company policies and training. Ensure delivery plans / schedules are adhered to. Administrative duties as set out by your line manager such as payroll, dealing with customer queries etc. Liaising with warehouse colleagues to ensure the safe loading and timely dispatch of vehicles. Contribute to the development of strategic goals for the department and promote the Wren brand. Oversee other daily task relating to the transport operations including vehicle deliveries, mobile design operations, vehicle marketing and maintenance. Will ensure that conflicts are handled and resolved as they occur so that every staff member has a productive and healthy work environment. Adhere to operational KPIs and ensure execution. Carry out risk assessments on sites where necessary. Conduct workplace related investigations in coordination with the HR department. About You Qualifications OSHA 30, FMCSA certifications, Commercial Driver's License, and other relevant certifications preferred. Preferred 5 years' experience working in delivery field as driver, dispatcher, or manager. Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred. Personal characteristics: Self-driven Accurate & compliant Goal oriented Good communications skills International mindset and ability to work with different type of personnel and cultures. Ability to manage and motivate large number of personnel.
