What you'll get to do: Design and develop electrical systems and components from concept through testing and production Conduct thorough evaluations and tests of electrical designs to ensure functionality and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, to achieve project goals and timelines Utilize laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers to analyze and troubleshoot electrical systems Document design processes, test results, and project updates clearly and effectively Ensure adherence to Quality Management System standards throughout the engineering process Actively participate in team meetings and provide technical guidance to junior engineers Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to improve design practices What will make you successful: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum of 5 years of relevant electrical engineering experience Product development experience in Medical Device, Biotech, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries Proficiency with laboratory equipment and tools related to electrical engineering Experience working within a cross-functional team environment Strong oral and written communication skills
